I am a FFXIV housing design enthusiast looking to bring housing dreams to life. Open and airy spaces with a classic but modern flair are my go-to.  Industrial Modern, indoor gardens/water features, and Far East themes delight me, though I'm always looking to expand my portfolio with new and interesting concepts. I'd consider myself a versatile designer capable of achieving many different styles & looks successfully

Please be aware that most of the designs presented in my portfolio require the omission of at least one floor (especially in med & large houses)

I no longer accept full house commissions for large and medium homes, simply because the item cap is too low to do a build I enjoy and am proud of while attempting to utilize full square footage of bigger homes. large and medium builds will require the omission of at least 1 floor, and depending on the end goal you are looking for, it could require omission of 2 floors to be a fully 1 level build.

Small homes, depending on the design, i am still willing to do full house builds - but depending on the level of detail required for the style you're looking for, i may urge you to consider 1 level only here as well - this is determined on a design by design basis.

My home world is Crystal, Diablos - but I have characters available to design FC & personal homes on ALL North American worlds
