My home world is Crystal, Diablos - but I have characters available to design FC & personal homes on ALL North American worlds

The Process

First I will meet with you in your home and/or chat on discord to discuss your ideas & desires. You are welcome to send me images of other design elements you'd like for me to use as inspiration in your home- either of my past work, real life images, or the work of others.
 

I will use a program outside the game to create a full design demo of your home. Prior to making any alterations in your home, I will provide you with a video walk through of the design for you to review, fine tune together, and approve.

Payments:
I require a deposit of 1/2 the design fee upfront prior to beginning design phase. I do my absolute best to work with clients to ensure highest levels of communication resulting in a home they will be thrilled with, but deposit is  non-refundable. Remainder of fee is to be paid upon completion of design. Design fees are to be paid to the mannequin at my main's personal estate on Diablos (more info on this in image at the bottom of this page)

Design Fees:  *all furnishings paid for by client
Small House: Design fee 15M + furnishings
Med: 30M + furnishings
Large House: 45M + furnishings

Small Yard: 5M*  + furnishings
Med Yard: 7M* + furnishings
Large Yard: 9M* + furnishings

Furnishings: Furnishings to be paid for by client. Upon approval of your design, I will provide an itemized spreadsheet with lowest cross DC pricing & expected total furnishing cost. You may choose to craft/shop for items yourself, or you may give my designer toon the gil to shop for you. This is your choice.

my main is a 90 omni crafter, and am able to craft some items to save money when it makes sense, though I do not generally craft all items for the build. 

Prices include vendor purchased & craftable dyes. Premium dyes, gated items (e.g. items unlocked through Bozja, Crystarium deliveries, doman junkmonger etc.), or items requiring currencies other than gil, such as mog station. beast tribes, scripts, wolf marks, MGP, bi-color gems, would be client's responsibility. Though, if your build happens to be on my home server (Diablos, Crystal) I *may* be able to help with some gated items.
