My own personal home, utilizing many of the new 6.3 patch housing items in a style I've dubbed "Hingish" which is Hingan in much of its design but with many Hannish details throughout. 

This 1 level build lives like a 2 story and includes a modern bathroom with glow tub, kitchen, dining, main living room, rainy day cuddle space, small library nook and a generous master bedroom.

This fun-loving FC was looking for a 2 level build with an Amaurotinian feel for their FC house that included a cafe/restaurant area on the upper floor, and made use of their large aquariums with rare fish.
The main floor is filled with art deco ambienc, bays of glowy windows. views of Amaurot, and includes a front reception space, lounge room, music room, and an elevator leads up to the cafe with a small personal theatre room with lofted 'cuddle couch, vast bar, tables for customers, and a simple classic stage for performances

The owner of this home frequently hosts parties and educational workshop and wanted a modern, eastern themed home built for entertaining, learning & teaching in moody shades of red & black.

The main floor features a welcoming foyer with elevator to the 2nd floor, kitchen, dining space and entertainer's living room with extra large sectional seating for large groups.

The elevator to the 2nd floor takes you to a large meeting space where lectures are hosted on cooking, art, science, music & more and includes a cozy bar for guests to enjoy some libations as they learn :) 

The owner of this medium wanted a magical, underwater fairy castle type feel to their home.
Upon entering the home you are greeted by a grand receiving space full of stained glass, marble, foliage & a fountain. Up the stairs to the right leads to a cozy woodland sleeping/reading nook, down the stairs to the left leads to the entertaining space full of water features & more foliage

Monochromatic aqua hues throughout this regal 2 level medium build. Stately in marble and gold with many hannish elements, the main level features a living space, open kitchen & dining space, and a small raised reading nook. Upper level features a palatial master suite with glow tub.

Client wanted to utilize as much square footage as possible in this medium FC house and was looking for a modern but rustic feel. Full house builds are always a challenge, but this one was a lot of fun The upstairs of this open floorplan home features a theatre, main floor features focal nature/window wall, living area, small office and cozy game loft, basement features more living space and a rec room

Client desired an open, modern concept with heavy Eastern influence. Special request was a photo studio, which was a lot of fun to put together.
Home features full kitchen, comfortable sitting room & dining space, large bedroom with a bold color scheme, a library loft, and a photography studio.

The owner of this private home was looking for a sleek modern style home with a neutral color palette. The clean lines and no fuss appearance will calm the weary traveler. Home features main floor kitchen with dining space, living room, and small patio with an ocean view, upper floor is an oversized master suite with soaking tub, giant bed, and a relaxing TV/hangout area.

The owner of this home wanted a traditional hingan style home suited for this lovely Shirogane neighborhood. Mado no ie lives up to the translation "house of windows" which are a focal point of the build. Living spaces include kitchen, dining, livingroom, small den, small zen space, photo studio, 2 bathrooms with soaking tubs & a master bedroom overlooking Kugane.

Named after the crimson soaking tub, Shinku Suiiki (Crimson Waters) is a modern eastern themed home sure to delight. Open central area with main living, dining & kitchen with a lofted reading nook accessible by catwalk from the large and romantic master bedroom. Main floor also features a soaking room with a striking red-glow soaking tub, and a small zen art studio.

This FC was looking for a comfortable design for their Medium home, with lots of open space to hang out.

Home features a comfortable living room with napping window bench, another sitting area, bar, water garden & eating space in the basement, and a combo pool hall/office and soaking bath on the upper level.

Client wanted to utilize the full square footage of this home and was looking for a design that combined modern & lux elements, with plenty of classic warm touches. This medium light filled home features large living room on main floor, bedroom office & large bath on upper floor, and a cozy activity room in the basement with pool table, bar, water garden, and large 4 sided fireplace

Client requested an ultra romantic home with lots of water, lush foliage, marble, white & purple tones. Build features a bold & modern layout with a romantic twist, water features galore, tons of natural light, siting room, dining space, and an opulent master suite with a moonlit spa & steamy sauna, just the perfect spot for a romantic evening. The only question now is - can I stay forever?

Client desired a very classic feeling castle style build with room to grow. As a home for a newly made alt character he wanted room to grow & display armor and trophies from his journeys. Home features an entrance display hall on main level for trophies, a gear display hall in the basement and a cozy living space upstairs with a kitchen, living room, bedroom, and bathroom.

This wild west club owner recently upgraded from a small to a medium and was looking to expand his saloon theme to the larger build. Main level includes a cozy game hall with a pool table, dart board & fortune teller's nook as well as a cozy sitting area to hang out. Lower level includes a large double stage, dance space, seating, bar, and cozy gambling loft with 1 game table.
Two apartments were also decorated for this build and can be found on the apartments page of my portfolio listed as "Huckleberry VIP lounge" and "Huckleberry Tarot Room"

this long time haunted house operator (IRL) requested a "gothic horror club" interior & a haunted house exterior. This build was quite a ways outside my normal comfort zone which made it entirely fun!!
