This FC wanted a little slice of Hell in their basement. Main level is a simple reception & seating area leading down to a very moody club area with tons of ambient light, and more than a hint of evil lurking around every corner. This was a super fun build!

Welcome to Orbital Piloted Station Astrophel - All systems are nominal..

Astrophel is Greek for "Star Lover" - and what better way to fall in love with the stars than by touring the galaxy. Ship features a powerful nuclear fusion power core capable of interstellare travel, single capacity brig, decontamination station, escape pod, sleeping area, hydroponic garden and a robust air lock (dont mind the tiny chocobo floating out to space, there is a rescue ship in bound)

The client for this home RP's as a disgraced knight who found refuge in the ruins of an abandoned castle with a cavern, and was looking for a unique home that fit his story.

Main level features a simple living space but the focus shifts as you enter the stairwell and pass through a curtain of water, descending into the caverns where you'll finds a small sitting area surrounded by stone, foliage, and water, a spring like soaking tub and modest bedroom for a lonely knight.

Little build I did on a whim for my motorcycle & book loving musician husband. This space really suits his inner grease-bunny!

features bay garage windows, a motorcycle, simple kitchen with keg-o-rator, computer/mechanic station, a small but modern bathroom & sleeping loft, and plenty of his favorite musical instruments.
 

Client was looking for a modest Ancient's Apartment suited for her character's RP style. one floor build features a simple kitchen, living & eating space to casually entertain a friend or two, a modest bedroom and a beautiful night view of the ancient city from a wall of bay windows. Build done in a theme relying heavily on ambient light and subdued natural color tones.

Inspired by The World Unsundered, this Elpis retreat is the vacation home Venat seriously deserves after eons of protecting Eorzea.

Cozy 1 level build includes simple sitting area and a cozy bedroom, complete with a dog bed bowls for Argos. 

Color pallet is neutrals with soft golds & blues, and lots of warm ambient lighting. The simple park like gardens bring an Elpis feel to the Goblet lot.

Small FC was looking for an old school eastern inspired gambling hall with kabuki dinner theatre below. this was a really fun build & i was even able to include a hidden Yakuza den with a "two way mirror" to spy on the patrons in the gambling hall. Don't cheat at Lucky 9, the house always wins!

this in game musician client wanted a proper concert hall to feature his amazing performances. The yard is built with performing in mind with a large stage, and lots of seating for the audience members Interior features a simple music themed reception area that leads to the void where classic theatre meets the rainbow, inspired by the rainbow outfits of the band. This FC managed to snag multiple lots in Empyrum and wanted two adjacent small homes decorated as simple, old world guest houses befitting Ishgard. Both homes are cohesive with similar designs, but small defining details & unique color schemes.

Both guest cottages feature a cozy receiving room upstairs, and dining, sitting & sleeping spaces on the lower floors.

Exteriors are humble muted spaces with lots of ambient lighting suited for the dreary northern landscape of Empyreum.

Just a few steps from the Ishgardian Guest Cottages, is this multi house FC also commissioned a cozy old world Pub for guests & FC members to relax & enjoy.

Filled with lots of warm wood trim-work, you'll feel like you stepped back in time to an old English pub.

Personal small home, Dreaming of someday living in the Mist. but when you can't get that dream lot on the beachfront, you have to get creative and bring the beach wherever you are.
This bright seaside home is filled with ambience & features Ocean views from every room in both upper & lower levels. Lovingly inspired by Brightdancer's "La Bella Vita" build.

Owner had already decorated the upstairs so most of the upstairs stayed the same. Added a few touches (backlit niche partitions w/decor) and cleaned up item slots. My focus was his empty basement. He wanted a Lux/Modern, black themed bachelor pad with a bedroom, bathroom & hangout space but wasn't quite sure what he had in mind so I had a lot of freedom to explore.

This design was based off the Azim Steppes with a simple yurt like room on the upper floor that leads down to a cozy hingan/othard style bedroom & bathroom
 

The owner of this home presented me with a challenge that was surely out of my comfort zone! The client's character is a Dalmascan chemist who is incredibly proud of his home, and was looking for a design inspired by Rabanastre/the desert of Dalmasca. Big ask was attempting to recreate the waterworks underneath Rabanastre.
So I set to work creating a little slice of the Goblet, in the Empyreum! This home features simple living space on main level that doubles as an alchemy lab and triples as an entertaining bar. Lower level features second entertaining space, bedroom and a relaxing area inspired by the waterworks beneath Rabanastre

The owner of this home came to me in a panic. He had collected many items in his journeys but did not know what to do. The home was filled entirely with random prizes, but needed a deep cleaning & organization as there was hardly room to walk.

The very small budget went to basic layout, and i tried to build as much as possible around the items the owner already had laying around.

The owner of this home was looking for a build inspired by the gold & marble elegance of Mt Gulg. The lower portion of the home is the main altar, and that same style carries up to the upper floor with plenty of seating for this busy & close-knit FC to hang out. What a fun build!
